1. Account Terms

To use Rhabits, you must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Rhabits is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

2. User Content & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all text, habits, and logs you enter into Rhabits (“User Content”). By using the service, you grant Rhabits a limited license to store and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the app. Rhabits does not sell individual habit data to third parties.

3. Wellness & Safety Disclaimer

  • Rhabits is designed for motivation and organization only and does not provide medical or mental health advice.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, productivity, or behavior change.
  • You use the app at your own risk. Consult a qualified professional for health-related habits.

4. Rhabits Pro (Paid Subscriptions)

  • Billing: Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Taxes: Prices may include or exclude taxes based on local regulations.
  • Cancellations: Cancelling a subscription grants access to Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Modification of Service

Rhabits is an evolving product. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Material changes affecting subscriptions or data access will be communicated when reasonably possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rhabits is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhabits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from use of the app.
